Tell Pali where you are.
When you first open Pali, you'll choose your relationship status (in a relationship, single, going through a breakup, or actively dating) and pick the goals that matter most to you.
You can change your goals later.
Pick a place to start.
Pali suggests courses from a library of 94. A lesson starts with one idea, then asks you to reflect, try it, and come back.
Courses cover communication, trust, intimacy, attachment, breakup recovery, dating readiness, and more. There's also a Deep Study version of every course for when you want to go further.
Try one thing.
Read a short lesson and write a sentence about your own life. Then try the idea in a real conversation.
After experiments, you'll debrief with Pali to process what happened and what you noticed. This is where concepts become real skills.
Talk to Pali anytime.
Between lessons, Pali is always available for a conversation. Ask questions, process a difficult moment, or work through conflict in real time.
Pali draws on the same research as the courses. It can help you think, but it is not a therapist.
Track how you're doing.
Log your mood daily, complete validated wellbeing assessments (WHO-5 and CSI-16), and watch your patterns over time. Pali surfaces insights you might not notice on your own.
Your journal, mood patterns, and relationship check-ins are in one place. You can delete your data.
Build habits that stick.
Come back for a short practice tomorrow. Streaks and grace days help you keep track, even when you miss a day.
A progress map shows how far you have come.
